Running Around the Interwebs – Smarter than me edition

There are a plethora of people smarter than I am blogging, tweeting and sharing a tremendous amount of excellent information online. Whether you’re contemplating your first steps out the door or a seasoned ultra-marathoner, you’ll find plenty of support and encouragement without looking very hard. Though I’ve been running since 2007, I’m definitely not an expert and my experiences are certainly just a small slice of the community at-large.

Here’s a list of great resources that caught my attention this week.

Anton is an ultra-marathoner that lives out here. He does some pretty crazy training runs and races.

I have been reading Racingtales since she started, and Alison has been my personal running coach, I can tell you first hand, the girl knows her stuff! I am happy to see her on your great list!
