RunStreak Recap – 32 Weeks

Big uptick in mileage this week and the legs have been paying the price for it. Luckily next week is a well timed recovery period on the Marathon training plan. Despite a few more aches and pains than usual, the week ended with a solid half marathon after a light dusting of snow in the sunshine.

Saturday – 13.23 miles, 1:55:59, 8:46/mi.
