RunStreak Recap – 33 Weeks

Very enjoyable and well timed recovery week in my marathon training. A good marathon plan must have weeks like these built into them. Piling on long run after long run, weekend after weekend will only lead to burnout. Mix things up, have fun for a week, recharge and get back at it. I definitely feel more energized to take on the second half of the training.

Tuesday – 1.56 miles, 12:04, 7:44/mi.

Wednesday – 6.03 miles, 56:20, 9:21/mi.

Thursday – 5.03 miles, 44:44, 8:54/mi.

Friday – 1.19 miles, 10:07, 8:31/mi.

Saturday – 7.79 miles, 1:09:24, 8:54/mi.
